Renukaswamy Murder Case: Three Accused Get Bail, Darshan’s Bail Hearing on Sept 27
Bengaluru: In a major development, three accused in Renukaswamy murder case have been granted bail bail. The three individuals, identified as Karthik (accused 15), Keshavamoorthy (accused 16), and Nikhil Moorthy (accused 17), have been granted conditional bail.
Keshavamoorthy, who is the 16th accused in this case, has been granted bail by the High Court, sources said. The conditions include ensuring that he does not influence witnesses and providing personal surety. Keshavamoorthy was among those who surrendered after the Renukaswami murder case.
Additionally, Karthik and Nikhil Moorthy have been granted conditional bail by the 57th Sessions Court. In relation to the same case, during the hearing at the 57th City Civil Court in Bengaluru today, actor Darshan Thoogudeep and his close friend Pavithra Gowda did not receive bail. The hearing for Darshan’s bail application has been postponed to September 27, while the hearing for Pavithra Gowda’s bail application has been adjourned to September 25.
